Unloading Valves are frequently used in hydraulic systems   incorporating a double pump with different flow and pressure (speed and pressure pump ) . It is designed to enable the speed pump to operate in ideling duty ( pressure about 5 till to 350 bar ) at the moment , when the speed pump becomes the energy source in the system , the valve operates in the following way : when the pressure in the system drops to predetermined minimum , the valve is closed and the system assumes connection to the system .
